I suspect John Paul Catton is editor for all these early editions but it is very hard to tell exactly who did what as there is no reference to contributors or editors in the main. Occasionally articles are signed, but these are often pen-names - A.B.A. Bullshitter, Cornflake, Braze N. Hussey, Ludwig etc.
