These early editions of Scene feature a 'Things' page - a guide to entertainment around Northampton. Things to do this fortnight include: At Park, Leicester University Orchestra and (not on the same bill) Alvin Stardust; At Derngate, The Nolans and Russ Abbott, and; At the ABC Cinema, Videodrome and War Games. Ents person Dave Scott is having a moan about people moaning at him for not putting The Police on stage and in an attempt to boost numbers at the regular disco a fancy dress 'DrinkalongaDallas' evening is being considered. Mostly I can spot the sarcasm in these pieces but with this I am genuinely not sure.
