The earliest edition in my possession is a cut and pasted mixture of typed print, handwritten headlines, cartoons and graphics bound together with two staples. Although the quality begins to improve this remains the format until the seventh volume in 1987. The theme is a typical one - griping - griping about education cuts, griping about elections, griping about women's issues, griping about nuclear arms and Avenue students griping about Park students.
